The terms and conditions of this License Agreement shall apply to your use of the remote monitoring services in your capacity of customer (hereinafter “Customer”) and Omron Europe B.V., a company with limited liability, with offices at Wegalaan 67- 69, (2132 JD) Hoofddorp (hereinafter “Omron”) in connection with the remote monitoring services as offered by Omron and further described below.
