This Renewable Energy Rider Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made this day of , (the “Effective Date”) BETWEEN the party described at Item 1 of Schedule A to this Agreement (the “Customer-Generator”) and GRAND BAHAM A POWER COM PANY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas and having its principal place of business situate at Freeport, Grand Bahama in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas(“GBPC”).
