This renewal agreement number three (3) is made and entered into by Oak Harbor School District No. 201 (the “Local Education Agency” or “LEA”) and Sodexo America, LLC hereafter called the Food Service Management Company (FSMC). The renewal is subject to the USDA COVID-19 Child Nutrition Responses No. 85 (This waiver is only applicable if operating Summer Seamless Option (SSO) during the 2021-22 school program year.), and No. 86 granted April 20, 2021 (This waiver allows reimbursement of SSO meals at SFSP rates during the 2021-22 school program year.).
