WHEREAS, Comcast of Connecticut/Georgia/Massachusetts/New Hampshire/New York/North Carolina/Virginia/Vermont, LLC, (hereinafter "Franchisee"), is the duly authorized holder of a renewal Franchise to operate a cable system in the Town of Grantham, New Hampshire (hereinafter the "Town" or “Franchising Authority”) pursuant to NH R.S.A. 53-C, as amended, said Franchise having commenced on October 2, 2018;
