This Renewal of Apartment Lease Agreement (the “Renewal Agreement”) is made this day of , by and between FLYNN MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “Manager”), acting pursuant to express written authority granted to Manager by the Owner of the Apartment Complex (as described below), and the Resident or Residents named below (hereinafter referred to as “Resident,” whether one or more). This Renewal Agreement is a rider to and forms a part of the current lease between the Owner and the Resident(s).
