This Master Price Agreement is issued under a cooperative agreement with The Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (“MMCAP”). MMCAP is a free, voluntary group purchasing organization open to government facilities that provide healthcare services, such as state agencies, counties, cities, school districts, correctional and public higher education facilities. MMCAP is operated by the State of Minnesota and adheres to State of Minnesota procurement laws and policies for fair and open competition. The MMCAP’s Background Information is attached.
