The goal of Rensselaer-Wadsworth Microtubule Database (henceforth, RWMD) is to provide data to evaluate the automatic segmentation of microtubules from their tomographic reconstructions. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (henceforth, RPI) and Wadsworth Center, NYS Department of Health own copyright of the collection of microtubules images.
