THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska (“the County”), the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska on behalf of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln’s Center on Children, Families, and the Law, (“CCFL”), and Nebraska Children and Families Foundation, a Nebraska non-profit corporation (“NCFF”), collectively referred to as ''the Parties."
