This agreement outlines the terms between Exto Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Atlas”), and the property management company, property manager, or individual landlord (“Customer”) regarding Atlas Rent Reporting. Company and Customer may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.” By using Atlas Rent Reporting service, Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
