By signing below, I agree to all terms set forth in this Agreement and Release Form and I authorize COCOS Boat Rentals LLC to charge the Credit Card listed below for all fees including but not limited to any and all COCOS Boat Rentals LLC fees, damages, losses due to damages, water assistance service due to mishandling use of rental craft, lost items, late fees, and/or fuel cost incurred with the boat
