This Truck and Trailer Agreement is entered into between It's Your Move and the Renter (collectively the "Parties") and outlines the respective rights and obligations of the Parties relating to the rental of a truck or trailer (hereafter known as the rental). The Renter expressly acknowledges that the Renter and It's Your Move are the only parties to this Agreement.
