This is a legally binding agreement between Zoomo Pty Ltd (ACN 617 521 150) of 16-18 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 (“Zoomo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the person renting an electric bicycle from us (referred to as "renter", “you”, and “your”).
