I/We make application for water service and agree to pay for this service in accordance with rates of Round Prairie Water Coop as established from time to time by the Board of Directors of Round Prairie Water Coop. I/we agree to be responsible for the payment of all water bills and to abide by the rules and regulations of Round Prairie Water Coop.
