This Agreement for storm drain cleaning repairs and maintenance services (“Agreement” hereafter) is made as of the day of , 2020, by and between the Village of Palm Springs, 226 Cypress Lane, Palm Springs, Florida 33461-1699, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the VILLAGE, and the Shenandoah General Construction Company, 1888 NW 22nd Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33069, a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR.
