This contract is a requirement contract for the permanent restoration of temporary pavement created after water main repairs and other miscellaneous paving. The scope of this work may entail concrete sidewalk replacement, as well as in kind roadway restoration with asphalt and/or asphalt concrete and/or portland cement concrete with/or without an asphalt overlay. The scope of this work is applicable to rights-of-way owned by the State, County, towns and/or villages. The contractors will furnish all labor and furnish and install all materials equipment required to complete the work. The contract’s duration is for one year with two (2) optional one-year extensions.
