Inc., with address, for purposes of this Agreement, at 100 CenturyTel Drive, Monroe, Louisiana 71203 (collectively “CenturyTel”), and RACC Enterprises, LLC, with its address, for purposes of this Agreement, at 7381 US 31 North, P.O. Box 1200, Alanson, MI 49706 (“RACC”) (CenturyTel and RACC being referred to collectively as the "Parties" and individually as a “Party”).
