This AGREEMENT is entered into as of June 28, 2023 ("Effective Date") and expiring on June 28, 2026 ("Expiration Date") by and between BASF Corporation, having an office and place of business at 100 Park Avenue, Florham Park, New Jersey 07932 ("BASF"), and City of New Orleans, having an office and place of business at City Hall, 1300 Perdido St., New Orleans, LA, United States of America, 70112 ("Consultant"). BASF and Consultant may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" or collectively as "Parties".
