This Reseller Recruitment and Management Agreement (the “Agreement”), is made effective on March 01, 2008 by and between Công ty TNHH Thương mại Thông Tin VN, a company organized and existing under the laws of the County of Vietnam (the “Contractor”) and DOT VN, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
