This UNLV Office of Housing & Residential Life Residence and Dining Hall License Contract (“Contract”) is a legally binding contract entered into by and between the individual signing this Contract (“Resident”) to reside in a Room (defined below) in the Residence Halls (defined below) and the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education (“NSHE”), on behalf of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (“University” or “UNLV”) for the Contract Term (defined below).
