Students are responsible for becoming familiar with and abiding by all provisions of these Terms. Questions concerning interpretation should be directed to the Office of Residence Life (352-588- 8268). The University agrees to furnish to the Student a housing space in accordance with these Terms. These Terms do not create or cause to be created an estate, a tenancy, or any other interest in property passing from the University to the Student.
