Landlord is renting to you the use of: (a) ½ of one bedroom in a two-bedroom suite, (b) the undivided, non-exclusive use, together with up to four other tenants, of the shared kitchen, shared living room and bathroom (s), and (c) the undivided, non-exclusive use, together with all other tenants of the common areas of the apartment complex assigned to you by the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, located in Milwaukee, WI. You will share the Property with other tenants as assigned. Each apartment may be occupied by up to Five (5) tenants. The Property is a specific suite, bedroom or bed that is assigned to you to accommodate, to the extent possible, the interest and personal preferences of all tenants. Landlord may assign you to another unit if necessary.
