This Resident Contract (hereinafter "Contract") is made and entered into by and between Florida Atlantic University Board of Trustees ("University"), a public body corporate of the State of Florida, on behalf of the Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine (“College of Medicine”), , and , MD ("Resident").
