Delivery of this document by Pace University constitutes an offer of the use of housing accommodations to the undersigned Resident for the 2024 Precollege program conditioned upon the availability of housing accommodations on the New York City campus at the time of receipt by the University of this Document, duly accepted and executed by the Resident. The agreement or any renewal thereof shall not be binding upon the University until signed by an appropriate official from the Office of Housing and Residential Life. The University reserves the right to determine and assign the housing space to be occupied by the Resident and to reassign alternate accommodations from time to time.
