This Resident Housing Contract (this “Contract”, which term shall include this document and all other applicable addenda referred to in this document or executed by the Resident identified herein) is made and entered into on August 2011 by and between D.P. Preiss Company, Inc. (acting as agent for the Owner) and Tenant Name (“Resident, Tenant, or Leasee”). For and in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by all parties, the parties agree as follows:
