Contract Type FiledJune 3rd, 2013 JurisdictionXFINITY Home (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) will provide you (“you,” “your,” or the “Customer”) with the alarm, control and automation system and related accessories (collectively, the “System”) and services (the “Services”) ordered by you from Company for the residential premises (“Premises”) identified on the Residential Alarm Installation and Services Agreement Acceptance (the “Acceptance”) accepted by you. The System and Services will be provided in accordance with the Acceptance and this Residential Alarm Installation and Services Agreement (collectively with the Acceptance and any work order signed by you, the “Agreement”). The Services may be provided to you directly by the Company, through any affiliate of the Company, and/or by any third party acting on behalf of the Company. For purposes of this Agreement, an “affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the Company.
