Advanced Telephone Systems dba HTC Communications, or Hickory Telephone Company (“HTC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) Services will be provided to you (“you,” “your,” “Subscriber”, “Customer”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for Residential and Commercial Services (“Agreement”) and applicable law by HTC. Services may include, but are not limited to, HTC TV Service or Aurora TV Service (collectively “TV”), HTC High Speed Internet Service, Dial-up Internet Service, any Commercial Internet Services, and Aurora Internet Services (collectively “Internet Access”), and Hickory Telephone Company or HTC Communications Telephone Service or Aurora Digital Voice Service (collectively “Phone”) (each a “Service” and collectively the “Services”).
