Attached is a Residential Equipment Replacement Agreement for financing energy efficiency improvements at (PROPERTY ADDRESS) , (TOWN/CITY) , and a loan application from the Green Mountain Credit Union ("GMCU"). GMCU will process your loan application for a total estimated loan amount not to exceed $10,000. When the job is finished, if the project cost is less than this estimated amount, your payments will be based on the actual project cost.
