The Electric Power Board of Chattanooga ("EPB") residential fiber optics television, Internet, and telephone services ("Services") and any equipment that is owned and provided by EPB ("EPB Equipment") in connection with the Services will be provided to the customer of record as shown on the EPB bill (collectively "Customer", "you" or "your"). If the Customer does not receive an EPB bill for the Services, the Customer shall be the person who uses and/or otherwise accepts the Services or EPB Equipment. The Customer shall be solely responsible for complying with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The address as shown on the EPB bill shall be the address of record or if the Customer does not receive a bill for the Services it shall be the location where EPB provides the Services and EPB Equipment to Customer (“Premises”).
