This document constitutes an agreement between Stetson University (hereinafter “the University”), acting by and through Residential Living & Learning (hereinafter “RL&L”), and the undersigned student (hereinafter “the resident” or “student”) and, if the student is a minor, their parent or guardian, and sets forth the terms and conditions on which the student will occupy the premises. The University only provides accommodations for registered students, ages 16 and older, with preferences being given to full-time undergraduate students and limited accommodations for graduate students. Students who have a less than full-time status may be accommodated depending on specific circumstances. Upon prior arrangement, housing under this agreement may also be provided for students in affiliate programs through the university during the academic year.
