This Residential Subscriber Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which Atlantic Broadband Finance, LLC, and its applicable operating subsidiary that owns and/or operates the cable television system in your area ("Atlantic Broadband") will provide residential subscribers ("you", "your" or "Subscriber") with Atlantic Broadband broadcast and cable television and digital music service (“Video Service”), Atlantic Broadband high speed Internet service, including wireless Internet and email services (“Internet Service”), and/or Atlantic Broadband voice over Internet protocol service (“Voice Service”) (each a “Service” and collectively the “Services”) and associated equipment used in connection with the Services ("Atlantic Broadband Equipment") at your premises where the Services will be installed and used (“Premises”). This Agreement is between the Customer (referred to as “I” or “me” or “my”) and Shrewsbury Electric and Cable Operations (“SELCO”) (referred to as “you” or “your”). The Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you will provide me with, and I will use and subscribe to, SELCO Telephone Service (“Service”) and devices used in connection with the Service, including but not limited to the “SELCO Equipment” as defined below. This Agreement includes the “SELCO Telephone Service Installation Agreement”, the “Letter of Authorization” to Change My Local and Long Distance Telephone Service Provider and the “SELCO Telephone Service Residential Pricing List” which are incorporated herein by reference.
