CONDITIONS. These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) are your agreement for Generation Service with RiteRate Energy, a tradename of Planet Energy (Ohio) Corp.. Please keep a copy of this Agreement for your records. RiteRate Energy is certified by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (“PUCO”) to offer and supply Generation Service in Ohio. As a Competitive Retail Electric Service (“CRES”) provider, RiteRate Energy will supply the electric generation services to your Electric Distribution Utility (“EDU”) based on your usage. Your EDU then distributes or delivers the electricity to you. Your Distribution Service will remain with your current EDU, which is regulated by the PUCO. Your EDU also will continue to read your meter, provide your monthly bill and respond to emergencies.
