This RESIGNATION AND EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT TERMINATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 20, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Meridian Waste Solutions, Inc., a New York corporation (the “Company”), Walter H.
