RESILIENCY LOAN AGREEMENT AND PROMISSORY NOTE (referred to hereafter as the “Guaranty” or “Agreement” or “Joinder”) is entered into between the SARASOTA COUNTY (the "County”), and [name of each guarantor] (the “GUARANTOR(S)”), each individual jointly and severally with other named Guarantors.
