This Services Agreement (the “Agreement,” which term shall include any Statement of Work and other attachments) sets forth terms under which TBNG, Inc d/b/a VANCORD, a CT Corporation with a place of business at Vancord address _ (“Company”) shall provide services to name , a nonprofit educational institution and member of the Northeast Regional Computing Program (“NERCOMP”), with a place of business at address (the “Consortium Member”).
