This Restricted Securities Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated effective as of October 14, 2021, is entered into by and among Riverstone Echo Continuation Holdings, L.P. (“Riverstone Continuation Fund”), Riverstone Echo Rollover Holdings, L.P. (together with Riverstone Continuation Fund, collectively, the “Riverstone Echo Funds” and each, a “Riverstone Echo Fund”), and __________ (the “Holder”).
