Brookstone Georgetown, LLC, being the sole owner of all lots in Brookstone Subdivision, Section III (the “Subdivision”), as the same appears of record in the Office of the Recorder of Floyd County, Indiana, in Deed Drawer , Instrument No. , does hereby impose the following Restrictions and Protective Covenants (the “Restrictions”) upon all persons, firms, and corporations who may now or hereafter have any vested interest, legal or equitable, in any lot within the development.
