The board of directors (the “Board”) of MMP Resources Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 3 May 2016 entered into a revised restructuring agreement (the “Agreement”) with Lighthouse Strategic Group Limited (“Lighthouse”) and its Singapore subsidiary Allington Advisory Pte Ltd (collectively, the “Lighthouse Group”) whereby the Lighthouse Group shall provide corporate restructuring services to the Company for the duration from 1 May 2016 to 31 December 2016 (the “Term”), which includes, inter alia, the following services:
