State and Lessee may also be referred to as “Party” or “Parties”. This Lease, as stated above, is actually a sublease that is written according to the terms of the Lease Purchase Agreement, dated December 1, 1996, as amended December 1, 2005, by and between the State of California by and through the Department of General Services and the San Francisco State Building Authority (“SFSBA”).
