THE USER (“USER”) SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”) BEFORE DOWNLOADING AND USING THE PROPRIETARY FINDNEARME® SOFTWARE APPLICATION (THE “APPLICATION”) OF SPLICE TECHNOLOGY, LLC (THE “COMPANY”). THE USER MUST AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT BY CLICKING ON THE “I ACCEPT” BUTTON. BY CLICKING ON THE “I ACCEPT” BUTTON, THE USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, AND BE LIABLE TO THE COMPANY FOR ANY NONCOMPLIANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT.
