This Retirement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into between Kermit Crawford (“”I” or “Employee”) and Walgreen Co., its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, predecessors, successors and assigns (“Walgreens” or the “Company”), describing the application of certain compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions in connection with Employee’s retirement from the Company.
