This Retirement Agreement and Release ("Agreement") is entered into between Robert Zimmerman ("Bob," "I" or "Employee") and Walgreen Co., its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, predecessors, successors and assigns ("Walgreens" or the "Company"), describing the application of certain compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions in connection with Bob's retirement from the Company.
