By this Agreement, Client retains Coordinated Capital Securities, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “CCS”, a SEC registered investment adviser to provide retirement plan consulting services on a non‐discretionary basis, to Client. This Agreement and Schedule A of this Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to Client’s participation in the Retirement Plan Consulting non‐discretionary investment advisory program (“Program Account”) and the advisory services provided by the CCS Registered Investment Advisor Representative, or its agent, as designated on Schedule A of this Agreement (hereafter “Financial Professional”).
