This RETIREMENT SEPARATION AND GENERAL RELEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of the latest date of the Parties’ (as defined below) signatures below (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Franklin E.
