THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of this the 12th day of September 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the State of Illinois, acting by and through its Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (the “Department”), and Wiegel Tool Works, Inc., 950 Sivert, LLC, and M&E Equipment, LLC (the “Company,”) and together with the Department, the “Parties”.
