The RCM Standard Terms and Conditions (Plastic Surgery) hereinafter set forth, as amended from time to time (these “Terms and Conditions”), form a part of the Revenue Cycle Management Agreement (Plastic Surgery) between Medical Practice and MMBS (the “RCM Agreement” and together with these Terms and Conditions, this “Agreement”) and are hereby incorporated by reference into the RCM Agreement, without the need for further action. All capitalized terms set forth herein shall have the meaning set forth in the RCM Agreement unless expressly provided to the contrary herein. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on January 20, 2015.
