This Revenue Sharing Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of , 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is between the City and Borough of Juneau, Alaska, a municipal corporation in the State of Alaska (the “City”); and Goldbelt, Inc., an Alaska Native Urban Corporation (“Goldbelt”) incorporated under the laws of the State of Alaska with its principal place of business in Juneau, Alaska. The City and Goldbelt are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party” to this Agreement.
