Andrew P. Skotdal, Skotdal Enterprises, Inc., Skotdal Quality Investments, L.L.C., and Arthur & Marianne Skotdal Revocable Living Trust (collectively, the “Shareholders”) do hereby revoke the Shareholders’ Voting Agreement dated May 9, 2008.
