Ontario Systems, LLC dba Finvi (“Finvi”), on behalf of its subsidiary Columbia Ultimate, Inc., and the below identified “Client” enter into this amendment (“Amendment”) to the terms and conditions for the RevQ Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”). The date these terms and conditions are signed by the last party (as indicated by the date associated with that party’s signature) is the effective date of this Amendment (“Effective Date”).
