This Rhode Island Student Data Privacy Addendum (“DPA”) is entered into by and between the school district, Bristol Warren Regional School District (hereinafter referred to as “Local Education Agency” or “LEA”) and Blackboard Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Provider” or “Blackboard”) on April 4, 2020 and forms part of the underlying agreement between Provider and LEA for the purchase or renewal of one or more Services outlined in Exhibit A (the “Agreement”). The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
