This RideAlong App Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of the later of the signature dates below (“Effective Date”) by and between RideAlong Labs Inc. (“RideAlong”) and the City of Bainbridge Island (“Agency”) concerning Agency’s access and use of the proprietary behavioral health and substance abuse-related software platform that RideAlong may provide to Agency (the “Service”).
